At Evoiree, we take pride in the quality of our clothing and customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Please read our Refund Policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.
Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a refund if:

You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product

You raised a return/refund request within 7 days of delivery

The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Tags, labels, and original packaging are intact
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

The item was purchased on Final Sale or Clearance

Innerwear, swimwear, accessories, or custom-made products

Product was used, worn, or damaged after delivery

Return request was raised after 7 days of delivery

Customer ordered the wrong size or color (but may be eligible for exchange instead)
Refund Process
If your return is approved, the refund will be initiated through your original method of payment.

|UPI / Wallet / Cards 5–7 business days
| Net Banking 5–10 business days
| COD Orders Store credit or bank transfer (after return is verified)
Note: For COD orders, we require your bank details to process refunds.
How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@evoiree.com or fill out the return request on our website within 7 days of receiving the item.

Order ID

Reason for refund

Photos of the product (in case of damage/defect)

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if serviceable) or guide you to self-ship the item to our return address.
Return Shipping

For damaged or wrong items, Evoiree covers the return shipping cost.

For other eligible returns, a flat return fee of ₹100 may be deducted from your refund amount.
Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by contacting us.

Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Store Credit Option
As an alternative to a refund, you may choose to receive a store credit (discount coupon or wallet balance) for faster reuse.
