Order Processing

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.
Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on most orders up to ₹5,000.

COD orders may take an extra day to process for verification.

COD fee: ₹49 (non-refundable)
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track your order through the “Track My Order” section on our website using your order ID or tracking number.
Delayed or Failed Deliveries
Deliveries may be delayed due to:

Incorrect/incomplete address
If delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability, the package will be returned to us. We’ll contact you to attempt redelivery. Extra shipping fees may apply in such cases.
Shipping Address Changes
To request a change in your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, the address cannot be modified.
Packaging
We take great care in packing your items securely. All products are shipped in tamper-proof packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or if an item is missing:
